Sort, search and filter

Sort / filter

·	Click on column headings to sort and filter accounts by properties or logon information.

·	Two clicks on the same heading toggles between ascending / descending sort order or filter accounts / show all accounts.

·	It is not possible to sort accounts by a property with incomplete data. Click "More" to download all data if needed.

Example - click on the column heading "PW age" to sort accounts by password age.




Search

·	Enter text in the "Filter Accounts" textbox to search specified columns. Search syntax.

·	Specify columns to search in the "C:" textbox. Valid numbers: 1 - SamAccountName, 2 - Full Name, 17 - Comment, 26 - Container, 27 - CN and 28 - UPN.

Reset / invert search or sort filter

·	Click "Action" / "Reset Filter" to reset the filter.

·	Click "Action" / "Invert Filter" to invert the filter.

Find multiple accounts at once

·	Enter the "$"-character in the filter text box to find / filter multiple accounts from a list of account names. Enter names in the SetupBatcher window first, one name on each row. See Get account properties for a list of SamAccounts.

Combine filters

·	It is possible to combine filters; example: search for "*bill*" and click the column heading "disabled" to display all disabled accounts with the string "bill" in the username.
