Requirements and preparations

| · | it is possible to create a script / program that automatically extracts the data file needed for each account server.
|
| · | there is a version of GnuPG or PGP available for the database server
|
| · | there is a command line e-mailer available for the database server (a command line FTP client if data is to be transferred by FTP)
|
| · | Install AdmWin - notice that a domain license is required for automated command line operation
|
| · | Create e-mail addresses for the servers on a reliable POP3 server - these addresses are used for the transfer of account details from the database server to the account servers (FTP addresses on a FTP server if data is to be transferred by FTP)
|
| · | Install GnuPG and generate keys - used to encrypt / sign / decrypt / verify data
|
| · | Enable the schedule service - needed in order to run AdmWin on a regular basis
|
| · | Install Blat command line e-mailer - only needed if the Administrator should be alerted by e-mail if script fails
|
