| 1. | Click "Explore" to get basic account properties.
|
| 2. | Type the name "*bi*" in the filter text box and press enter. SetupExplorer now displays all accounts with the string "bi" in the user name.

| 3. | Click on the column header "Locked Out". (The status bar at the bottom of the screen displays filter criteria.)
|
| 4. | By default, SetupExplorer is in "View"-mode, but now you want to edit an account, so you must change mode to "Edit". Click the "Edit" radiobutton.

| 5. | To unlock a locked out account - click in the "Locked Out" column on the row of the user who's account you want to unlock.
|
| 6. | Click on the user name "bill" to change password. (SetupExplorer now displays the "New Password" dialog.)
|
| 7. | Type a password, or click "Random" to generate a random password.
|
| 8. | Click "Ok".
|
| 9. | Click the button "Action" and then "Reset filter" to reset the filter.
