Get data from a domain, filter data, export data

| Start AdmWin, click the tab labeled "NTinfo".
|
| a) Select the "domain" radiobutton.
|
|
|
| b) Enter a domain name in the "Domain or machine list" field.
|
| Check the "CPU type" checkbox under hardware.
|
|
|
|
| Click the "Scan" button.
|
|
|
| NTinfo now extracts CPU type from all NT based (NT, 2000, XP or 2003) machines in the network.
|
| a) Click the "Filter" button to open the filter dialog.
|
|
|
| b) In the filter dialog enter column 3 = *intel* as the first criteria.
|
|
|
| c) Click the "Filter" button.
|
|
|
| The filter extracts all rows from the main NTinfo output window where the third column contains "intel":
|
|
|
|
| a) In the filter dialog: click the "Copy" button.
|
|
|
| b) Paste in some other application.
|
|
|
| Exported data is tab delimited and can thus easily be copied correctly to most other applications.
|
|
|
