·	Download acctcrt.dll (Size: 80k, MD5 = 170c2157239f5277a0eeb4fa454706f8)

·	Copy to c:\winnt\system32.

·	Register the DLL by typing "regsvr32 acctcrt.dll" at the command prompt.
